The name Changing Gear is unfortunately not to do with cars, (even though we have a passion for them), but it is to do with business-ready image, and developing and maintaining a great personal brand and reputation both inside and outside of business.
I speak to global blue chip companies, such as HSBC, The Clydesdale Bank, British Airways, and BUPA, and then to professional City companies such as hedge funds, investment banks and solicitors, and also to individual entrepreneurs who want to ramp up their career opportunities by being perceived as more professional, looking business-ready and having great integrity.
I also lecture at 7 MBA Business Schools and the Open University on Employability and Reputation management. I am a Professional Speaker and often speak to women's groups as my background in image consultancy is always of interest to the ladies!"
